Conference Fees

Registration is now open.

The registration fee includes an access pass to the conference which gives access to the main presentation hall, the vendor/demonstration area as well as breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks for all 3 days of the conference. Provincial and federal sales taxes will be applied to all registration fees. All registration fees are payable in Canadian funds.

* A valid student ID Card is required to obtain a student pass. Only 100 student seats are available.

Training Fees [Both sessions are now full]

Until April 30th 2005:
1800$ + tax
After April 30th 2005:
2200$ + tax

Seats are limited to 15 per session. Two sessions will be given. Currently we are only accepting certified cheques and international money orders as payment for the Training sessions. Please send an inquiry to info )at( if you are interested in reserving your spot.

Hotel Reservations

We have reserved a block of rooms for the conference at the Crown Plaza Montreal.

When booking your room, please make sure you mention the following reservation code: 'RCN'.

The rates for hotel rooms for the conference are:
132$ CAN/night for a buiness class room
150$ CAN/night for a junior suite room
